Our Story

Since leaving catering college back in the 80’s Jeff has worked in numerous catering establishments over the years.  Starting at 19 as a commis chef in London progressing to head chef in the French Alps of Courchevel Ski Resort by the age of 25.

Jeff has enjoyed working in some very busy and challenging locations. 


With his love of food and a desire to work for himself he set up a small independent Fresh food bar, which was hugely successful.

Jeff and his wife Mel have now established Cariad Catering.


From Business Lunches, Weddings, Funerals, Festivals and Children’s Parties, any occasion is an excuse to party and enjoy the love of food!


Every event big or small will receive the special attention to detail Cariad Catering prides itself on.  All our menus can be tailored to suit your requirements.
